Over 30 years as an elementary teacher, BA in Developmental Psychology, MA in Education and I am a PCI Certified Parent Coach®.
I understand the busyness of the K-12 years and the stress it can bring.
I have life experience in parenting through terminal illness, widowhood, remarriage, empty-nest as well as IEPs, foster and adoption support. Let's connect over becoming an in-law or grandparent!

I believe that families have the strength they need to find creative solutions to their current needs. Together, we can unveil these strengths that may have been forgotten. My joy comes from co-constructing strategies together!
Topics could include: establishing routines, screen-time limits, siblings, parenting styles, self-care, building autonomy, joy, grace in parenting.

I offer a range of services including one-on-one coaching, couples or small groups.
We will typically meet for 8-10 sessions as we discover, dream, design and build a future based on your strengths.
We can meet as a small group with other parents to grow and learn from each other! PTA, church or neighborhood group?
Our time together can be in person or online, whichever fits your family's schedule.
